Meet Our Team

Lawrence Lusiola - Chairman Advisory Board

A graduate of Reading University – England (MSc. Food Science & Technology) and a respected international certification expert & auditor of Quality Management Systems. Lawrence brings on board international work experience from England, Germany, Turkey, Mozambique, Kenya (SGS and KEBS) and the Commonwealth Secretariat where he served as a consultant. He provides both technical and leadership support towards realization of our company mission.

Paul Warui - Vice-Chairman Advisory Board

Paul has over 30 years’ experience having in the fields of operations, maintenance, building services, energy optimization, projects management, manufacturing and hospitality industries. A graduate of Nottingham Trent University (UK) majoring in Plant Engineering and an MBA from Moi University. He has served at Mater hospital, KTDA and currently, operations Director (USIU). Paul is relied upon for management mentorship and policy development.

Antony Makwaka - Chief Executive Officer

A trained Food technologist (B.Sc. –JKUAT, M.Sc- University of Nairobi) with over 15 years of industrial management experience. He has worked in various senior management positions at KTDA, conducted research for Kenya Breweries, Castle Brewing and participated in National Standards Development as chairman of the Tea Standards Committee (KEBS). In his Individual capacity as well as CEO, he has overseen implementation of quality management systems in over 60 organizations. Antony is a consulting practitioner of quality management and industrial strategy and relied upon for management leadership.

Justus Asiaba - Marketing & PR Advisor

An accomplished Marketing & Public Relations practitioner with vast experience in development and execution of public outreach campaigns, media exposure and strategic marketing initiatives. Justus has a calm and creative focus with demonstrated strength in effective production of advertising, print and promotional. He runs MichiMedia Limited; a promotional and publicity materials Production Company. He therefore brings on board in-depth insight of the Kenyan markets/networks and supports marketing strategy.

Cyprian Shilaho - Finance & Strategy

A finance expert with over 15 years of senior management experience having served at Aga Khan Foundation, World Vision & Standard Chartered Bank. He holds an MBA in strategic management (UoN), CPS(K), CPA(K), B.Ed. in Finance & Economics(UoN). Cyprian has wide consulting experience in business financing, process re-engineering and restructuring hence he is relied upon when it comes to financial planning and strategy. Currently, CEO Mindset Africa.

Wycliffe Mutsembi - Human Resource Advisor

Recognized by the American Board of NLP, certified by Theo Bruckers training & Coaching Institute USA, Wycliffe has a wealth of experience in human growth & development training and life coaching. He is a trained TOT and member of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK). Currently, he runs BlossomLink Services, a firm that offers professional development of soft skills for individuals and institutions. He is relied upon for team development and motivation.

Sam Owino - Legal Advisor

An advocate of the High Court of Kenya & a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya. Sam has a wealth of legal experience in the corporate sector spanning over 13 years. He has assisted various Kenyan organizations realize true transformation, strengthen their operations and create wealth in diverse areas including agriculture, manufacturing, natural resource,education & training. A member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East Africa Law Society and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. He is the Managing Partner at Owino & Co Advocates.

Neville Masheti -  ICT Systems Advisor

A techpreneur and software developer focused on mobile and web solutions. Neville holds a degree in B.Sc. Computer Technology from JKUAT and is certified IBM Mobile Applications Developer. He has worked as an android developer on various projects in the areas of revenue collection and automation of transport operations. He is the Winner of the UN-Habitat sponsored UrbanHack 2015 award and First runners-up in Lions of Science Awards 2014. Currently, he is the CEO Mobiwecraft Limited, a Software Development Company.
